Are there any contracts to sign?

No contracts and you can cancel at anytime. It's really simple. When you purchase a service we'll schedule a strategy session, schedule the work, and begin working on your projects. I don't want this to be the case, but if for some reason you don't renew a service or stop paying on a monthly service, we'll stop work. No harm, no foul.

Do I have to pay through the website?

I recommend paying through the website for first time clients. If for some reason it's not convenient for you, once we've established a working relationship we have other ways to pay including ACH deposits.

Is there an onboarding step?

Yes. Once payment is received I'll send you a simple PDF document outlining next steps and how to prepare for the strategy session.

What are turn around times like?

Every project is unique and where the project is at on its timeline can also impact turn around times. Simple production edits, such as updating an email address on a business card could take minutes. On the other end of the spectrum, revisions to a brand concept might be a full day or two depending on where it's at in the process. Conceptual projects will have their own turn around times depending on the scope, but you'll know where the project is at as I regularly check-in to set up creative reviews and input sessions.

How do edits work?

There are no costs for edits and depending on the project, they typically take anywhere from an hour to 1-2 business days to complete. Once I’ve had a chance to review your edits I can provide an ETA of file for review. All that said we don't want to be revising a project endlessly. During onboarding we'll give a few tips to keep edits to a minimum.

How are your services possible at such a low rate?

I designed these packages for businesses that need some marketing and design support, but not an entire agency team. I'm a hands-on creative director, designer, and content creator with 20+ year experience in the branding and advertising industry. For many businesses I'm a great fit to take on all of their creative needs. For others I play a role in a mix of other providers. Working directly with me eliminates a lot of the overhead cost you'd find with other groups.

Do you outsource design work?

Absolutely not. These services are priced so that I can design and deliver everything myself.

If you're looking for a deliverable that's more complex like an iOS App or a motion graphics explainer video, I can deliver those too. However, you'll need to go through www.C2CreativeStudio.com to get a scope of work. It's most likely that those types of projects don't fit into these service packages. The C2 Creative Studio team can deliver iOS and Web Apps, commercial video productions, and other projects of similar complexity.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are no hidden fees or costs for deign in the service packages. However, depending on the project, some clients require purchasing a stock image asset* or similar from a third party vendor. Anytime a project requires a stock image we will always bring it to your attention before any costs are incurred and final production.

If a stock asset is required to complete your project there's a few ways to manage it.

1. If you already have a subscription to the third party supplier and you can provide the production ready file to us, that would be ideal.

2. I can purchase the stock asset and send you an invoice for the out of pocket expense.

3. We can continue to move the project forward without the stock asset and the stock asset can be replaced in the future.

*Stock Assets include but are not limited to: stock photography, stock illustrations, stock icon sets, stock video clips, premium typefaces, and stock audio clips.

What happens if I need to pause a project?

I've been around the block and I understand that even the best marketing plans get delayed. Product launches get pushed back or there's an unforeseen supply chain issue that requires an adjustment to your marketing campaign timeline. I'll allow you to pause a service for one month, one time per calendar year. If there's some other extreme circumstance that's effecting your business, let's talk. I'm a reasonable human being and not some blood thirsty agency that wants to play "gottcha". We'll figure out a way to make it work.
